Nicole B. LaBletta, joined Ruggiero Law Offices as an associate in June 2010. Prior to joining Ruggiero Law Offices, Nicole practiced for several years in the area of civil litigation. As a result, Nicole is often called upon to represent clients in Orphans’ Court in the area of guardianships, probate, and other matters. Nicole also assists the firm’s Real Estate clients in the area of commercial landlord tenant disputes and lease review and preparation. Additionally, Nicole prepares a variety of estate plans depending on a client’s goals and can assist businesses with the establishment of an LLC, C Corp or S Corp. Nicole’s work in the area of Equitable Distribution for divorcing clients includes the litigation and/or settlement of the marital estate as well as post-divorce estate planning.
