Planning for your continuing care needs or the needs of a loved one is an emotional process. This process can involve many advisors and service providers. Take the time to complete an initial assessment of your individual situation including financial status and desired living environment. Conduct telephone interviews and on-site facility evaluations for services that you are considering. Keep in mind that physical, emotional and mental needs change frequently and you should work with all your advisors and health care providers to review the needs at least twice a year.
The following is a list of resources for eldercare services in the state of Pennsylvania.
